Refund & Cancellation Policies

DAYCARE & BOARDING

We have no fees for cancelling or rescheduling boarding or daycare stays. You can cancel/adjust at any time.

TRAINING CLASSES

Class sessions cancelled with more than 48-hour notice receive a full refund minus a 3.5% processing fee. Class sessions cancelled with less than 48-hour notice receive a 50% refund. Classes cancelled with less than 24-hour notice receive a 25% refund. There are no refunds once the session has begun.

PRIVATE LESSONS

Private lessons cancelled with more than 48-hour notice receive a full refund minus a 3.5% processing fee. Lessons cancelled with less than 48-hour notice receive a 25% refund. Lessons cancelled with less than 24-hour notice will not be refunded.

GEMINI DOGS UNIVERSITY

University training sessions cancelled with more than 48-hour notice receive a full refund minus a 3.5% processing fee. University training sessions cancelled or rescheduled with less than 48-hour notice receive a 50% refund/credit. University training sessions cancelled with less than 24-hour notice are not able to be refunded/credited. No call/no shows receive no refund or credit. There are no refunds for services rendered.

RING RENTALS

We have no fees for cancelling or rescheduling ring rentals for individuals. We always appreciate rescheduling versus cancelling when possible. Event deposits are refundable up until 30 days prior to the scheduled event.

GROOMING

Please notify our groomers via email (grooming@geminidogs.com) at your earliest capability in the event of a cancellation. If you need to cancel the day of, you may call the front desk and notify our staff. There will be no charge for a cancelled appointment with 24 hour+ notice. Any cancellation made the same day will result in a cancellation fee equal to 50% of your total groom price to compensate the groomer's time.

We allow a 15-minute grace period surrounding your appointment time for early/late drop-off. If you are running late; please let us know! There is no penalty for late drop-off in these instances. Any appointment that has not dropped off after this 15-minute window and has not let us know will result in an automatic cancellation, along with a cancellation fee equal to 50% of your total groom price. 
 
No call/no show for appointments will result in a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the price of your groom. No call/no shows may affect your ability to re-book with us in the future.
 
All dogs must be picked up within 1-hour of the end of their appointment; our groomers will give you a call to notify you. Late pick-up will result in a 1/2 day daycare charge ($28). There will be an additional $10 added to the fee for every subsequent hour past the first.
