Hi Michelle,

I wanted to take a minute out of my day to thank you and your employees.  There were a couple specific incidents that have happened to Babalu recently, beyond anyone’s control, but I was very happy how you and your team handled both incidents.

The first incident being that Babalu was unable to catch his breath at DayCare, I was so impressed and thankful how you and your team reacted to the emergency and made sure Babalu got veterinarian treatment immediately, going above and beyond staying with him while he was treated … I wondered to  myself, if we had chosen a DayCare closer to home that if Babalu would have died that day.

The second incident happened yesterday, when your employee walked Babalu, she noted that he had gotten at his ears, then once again going above and beyond, I was glad to get the phone call from your office, which I then was able to leave work early to attend to it, instead of finding out several hours later when I would have gotten home at 5PM.

So thank you very much, I’m very much appreciative.

Dog Walking Services ~ We'll Come to You!

Our dog walking service can provide that peace of mind that you need during the day, knowing that your dog is being cared for and getting some attention and a potty break during the day. Let's chat:

  • As a security precaution, we will request two keys from you, so that if your dog walker has an emergency, another walker has a key so that your dog can still receive the proper care.
  • We label our keys with only your dog's name; no last names, and no addresses.
  • You may choose to provide us with a different method of entry if you prefer, such as providing us with a garage code. (Again, these are stored by dog name only.)
  • We can take reservations on a regular basis or a call-as-you-need us basis. There is no requirement for you to use our services every day unless that is what you really need.
  • We do not charge extra for feeding or administering medication while we're there.
  • We make sure that your dog is comfortable with multiple dog walkers so that you have the ultimate flexibility in scheduling.
  • You can pay by cash, check (made payable to Gemini Dogs), or by calling us with a credit card to keep on file; whatever is most convenient for you.
  • We will visit your dog at a time that is best for you; there is no specific timeframe that you must stick to.
  • We can walk your dog on a leash or take them out to play in your fenced-in yard; your choice.

Making your dog's experience fun is our main goal.

We will contact your vet for medical records and let you know of any updates that need to be made before your dog can stay with us.

Make sure that your pooch meets our requirements:

  • Up-to-date on all of his regular shots (we do accept titers)

Dog Walking Cancellations

All dog walking reservations are flexible; just let us know by the morning of the appointment if your plans have changed.

Special Circumstances

We can accomodate special needs such as:

  • following a spay/neuter operation
  • dogs with hotspots, etc. who need to wear a cone
  • dogs with physical restrictions or other physical issues
  • dogs with seizure disorders
